Evelina (Eleni Paraskevi) Kissa was born on May 9, 1997, in Athens. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Harokopio University in Athens. She also holds a degree in Journalism from the Ant1 MediaLab and has pursued further training in Rhetoric, Public Speaking, and Strategic Communication.
As a Dietitian-Nutritionist, she trained in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital “Asklipieio Voulas” during her internship. Since 2022, she has worked as a private dietitian-nutritionist, appearing on numerous television and radio programs and at events, as well as contributing articles to newspapers, magazines, and websites. Additionally, she volunteers with “The Smile of the Child” organization, aiming to educate children on nutrition.
As a Journalist, since September 2025 she has been working at the ONE Channel television station, as anchorwoman of the Central News.
Also, in the past, she completed her internship at the News department of Antenna (ANT1), served as Press Office Manager for the “Smart Vyronas” team during the 2023 Municipal Elections in Vyronas, and worked in the Press Office of the political party “DEMOCRATES” with President Andreas Loverdos and as a candidate for the European Parliament in the elections of June 9, 2024. She has worked as a writer for the news site GRTimes, covering topics in health, economy, and business.
Since November 2024, she has participated in the show “Airfryer Recipes with a Different Air”, on Antenna (ANT1), with Gabriel Nikolaidis, where she combines her certifications both as a Dietitian Nutritionist and as a Journalist (Co-Presenter).
She also runs a family gym in the Kareas area, one of Athens’ oldest (est. 1983-present), where she has worked since 2015 as a Certified Pilates Instructor, having founded the Pilates Studio within the gym (2019-present). She considers sports a way of life and has practiced various activities such as gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, tennis, and skiing. She loves all forms of art and believes that “Success stories are written by those who dare.”
